Each apartment of the Haus Sylvia is equipped with wooden floors and solid wooden furnishings, and consists of a double room, a triple room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an additional toilet. They also feature 2 flat-screen cable TVs and a hairdryer. A garden with a children’s playground, deckchairs and sunshades is provided, and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a bike storage room are also available. For three hours a day, guests of the Haus Sylvia have free access to the spa area of the partner property, which is 2 km away. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning, and a restaurant and a supermarket are within 1.5 km. Hiking and cycling tracks are accessible right from the property, and an outdoor pool can be found in Mariapfarr. A golf course is 12 km away, and in winter, cross country skiing trails start 700 metres from the premises.
