"Pros: The spacious living room and spacious kitchen were very comfortable. The sauna was nice. We asked the owner to postpone our arrival by one day, which request was accepted and handled very flexibly. This was highly appreciated by us. We also asked for a late check-out and we were allowed to stay until 12.00 instead of the (otherwise unusually early) check-out time of 9.00. Cons: The apartment is in need of renovation and there were some minor inconveniences: - when we entered the door, we found some dirty shoes at the entrance (not sure if the shoes belonged to the owner or cleaning staff) - a minor inconvenience, but unprofessional; - in one of the bathrooms there was an unpleasant smell; - in the toilet the door handle fell of from the inside, resulting in one of the guests being stuck inside the toilet, needing someone to open the toilet door from the outside; - in one of the toilets there was no water; - the overall level of cleanliness was not satisfactory in some parts of the apartment; - parts of the apartment are nicely renovated, but the interior doors and the floors are very old and produce a creaking sound. If any of the guests is walking around (especially walking up the stairs), this can wake up other guests. After checkout we were subsequently requested to pay a 75 EUR additional cleaning fee, due to the apartment not having been properly cleaned by us (!). The complaint of the host related to the attic area, which we did not use and did not even enter into and the fact that we did not remove the garbage from the kitchen area (!). However, as we did not meet the host at all and were not shown where the garbage bins are located, we did not know where the garbage should be disposed of. The original price included an EUR 275 fee and on this basis we felt the request for an additional EUR 75 extra cleaning fee to be totally unjustified and outrageous." ~József

"Pros: Very friendly hosts, sufficient space, equipment as described, enough kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds, warm blankets. Hosts offer diary products, such as farm made butter and milk. Special rack to dry ski boots and clothes. Bath tub in the bathroom. Cons: Non-sticking pans would be helpful, but we should have asked the hosts." ~Nikita
