"Pros: The view from our room was AMAZING! (We had the "one bedroom balcony"). Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately on a beautiful walking path surrounded by the scenery. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, and the kitchenette was great for heating or preparing simple meals. The owner was kind and available while at the same time giving us our privacy. There are hiking and fun excursions all around the area. We picked Lermoos and this guesthouse on a whim because we wanted to see Austria. It was our first time there and we didn't know what to expect, but it was wonderful! It reminded me of my homeland in British Columbia (Canada)." ~Dave
