The self-catering apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living area with a flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. On request, fresh bread and bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Free private parking is available at Apart Julia, and a cross-country ski run, hiking and cycling trails can be accessed from the doorstep. A bus stop is 200 metres away, and a grocery store and various restaurants are 2 km away. The Sölden Ski Area is 17 km away, and the Area 47 leisure centre is 20 km away. Innsbruck Airport can be reached in a 40-minute drive.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host
