Apart Sunshine offers guests accommodation units that have a terrace with mountain views. A ski bus stops within a 2-minute walk of the property and continues to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski resort, which is a 2-minute drive away. A soccer field, volleyball and tennis court can be found next to the property. Ladis town centre is a 3-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be visited there. Cross-country ski trails and an ice skating rink are both within 1 km. Sled runs can be visited in Fiss, 5 km away, and the Überwasser bathing lake is 2 km away. Apartments at Apart Sunshine have several bedrooms, a living room, kitchen or kitchenette, diswasher, bathroom and 1 or more flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi is available and a bread delivery service can be arranged upon request. Outdoor parking can be used at the property free of charge. Underground garage parking is also available against a surcharge. The property has a garden, terrace, barbecue facilities and children’s playground. A steam bath, outdoor pool, sauna, sun bed and infrared cabin can be used free of charge several times a week from 18:00 at the neighbouring hotel.

A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation when booking without a credit card. Apart Sunshine will contact you with instructions after booking. The Super Summer Card is not included in the price and costs daily 5 Euro per adult and 2.50 Euro per child. Managed by a private host
