"Pros: The place is really good, in terms of location and relaxing. All of the kitchen supplies were perfectlly available Cons: The Wifi was not working, we have communicated with the provider but no response during 3 days. Also there was no laundray no washing spreader for the clothes. Even the facilities in in the place we haven’t used at all we didn’t know about them and we have tried to communicate anyone but no one responds. In addition, to the card no instruction was provided." ~Tariq

"Pros: Very nice and cosy place. Very good availability of near ski slopes (Grosseck, Obertauern, ...). Cons: Nothing serious - just missing salt in the kitchen and we needed bit more toilet paper, but Billa is 900m from the accomodation." ~Timotej

"Pros: All in all, a comfy appartement. And even though I listed several points in the "didn't like" section, none were a nightmare/dealbreaker and we had a good time. Cons: - We're a family of 6. We got an appartement + an extra room (both on the 1st floor). A bit annoying to have to pass through the corridor every time. Not sure if that was clear when I did the booking, but I don't remember it. - At online check-in I noted a 17:00 arrival. We were there at 16:30, got the keys from the key box and entered the appartement/room, which were not prepared yet. No big deal, I thought, since we were early. I phoned the owner (Tom), and it turns out they forgot to clean and prepare the appartment&room. Not sure who messed up, the owner or the cleaning service. Tom apologized, asked us to come back at 18:00 and in the meanwhile to go for drinks and that he'll reimburse me for those drinks (2nd day after the stay I'm still waiting for reimbursement). We came back at 18:00, the keys were not in the key box - phoned Tom again and the cleaning service brought the keys a couple of minutes later. All in all, not a disaster, but inconvenient. - For cooking, there was only one big pan and a small pot. We managed, but I'd wish for more pots & pans. When you cook for a family of 6, you usually need more 😊. - The door handle to the appartement kept falling off - we had to keep attaching it... it was usable, but annoying. I let Tom know, hopefully they fix it for future guests. - There was a leak in the piping under one of the sinks in the bathroom. Again, not a big deal, just one of the small things that added up. - You can hear people upstairs walking, the wood creaking. Not noticeable during the day, but it is when you're about to go to bed. Thankfully, we were all tired from the day’s activities, so the creaking didn’t affect our sleep 😊" ~Thedax
