"Pros: Property was lovely, comfortable and well designed. The staff was very communicative to all our requests and questions. A fun discovery was opening a sliding door closet to discover stairs up to a rooftop balcony. What a treat. The bedroom/living room and bathroom were comfortable, functional and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Also, the location was absolutely marvelous. Walking distance to everything. Cons: The only thing I might request is instructions for appliances, TVs and heating/air conditioning units for Americans renting a European property. It is also different from what we have in America. It can make it very confusing to make things work. That is absolutely the only thing I can think of." ~Leigh

"Pros: The apartment is located on the edge of the old town, an easy 10 minute walk from train and bus station. Newly renovated in an old building. Stylish decor, well appointed kitchen, good hot water and excellent beds. Staff were extremely helpful and gave lots of information online. Cons: The kitchen has full size oven, hot plate, microwave, dishwasher and everything needed for self catering, but there is no dining table and chairs. We perched on the sofa in the tiny lounge area and made do, but guests should be aware that space in that area is very limited." ~Brenda

"Pros: The location was very nice, just in the middle of the old part of Krems. The appartment looks very nice, we had a great stay there. Cons: The only thing we didn’t like is the temperature in the house. We came and found a temperature of 14.5 and the radiator was off, even if after that we have turned the heat on, in the morning we still had less than 18 degress. So in this condition it was very cold. We read that the temperature politics is to not have more that 22 degres in the flat, you will be charged but if you have so much less in this case what should you do :) And another thing, the instructions are not complete, if you would include the part where you have to get the elevator from the right part, to go to what level, etc. that would be necesary and helpful. As we arrived late and we had to call the contact person and bother them at a late noght hour, thing that could have been avoided." ~Artur
