"Zalety: Lokalizacja ok, 5min samochodem do Kappl, 15min do Ischgl. W pobliżu również przystanek skibusa. Jadalnia całkiem pojemna, stół gotowy jest pomieścić na spokojnie 20 osób.
Wady: Dom wakacyjny ma problem z wilgocią, przez co właściciel nakazuje otwierać okna w pokojach kilka razy dziennie pomimo faktu, że dom wcale nie był dobrze ogrzany i niektórym gościom podczas pobytu było zimno. Jeśli goście nie dostosują się do nakazu wietrzenia, po pokojach w ciągu dnia chodzi właściciel i otwiera okna na własną rękę, wchodząc do obiektu jak do siebie, bez pukania.
Uważam, że wynajmując taki obiekt i udając się na urlop - właściciel nie powinien wchodzić do domu i naruszać spokój oraz prywatność gości wynajmujących obiekt.
W domu na poziomie -1 postawiony jest stół do bilarda, dart oraz piłkarzyki, niestety za korzystanie z tych "udogodnień" gościom przyjdzie zapłacić 1 euro za każdą grę, nie jest to nigdzie opisane w ogłoszeniu a skoro jest to pokazywane na zdjęciach jako udogodnienie, dobrze byłoby aby taka informacja została zawarta.
Kuchnia kiepsko wyposażona jak na ilość osób, która może przebywać w domu, między innymi tylko jedna lodówka.
Ręczniki, które co prawda były na początku wyjazdu wyprane i wysuszone, miały zapach wilgoci po pierwszym kontakcie z wodą, żałowaliśmy, że nie zabraliśmy własnych ręczników ze sobą.
Podczas pobytu dokonaliśmy pewnych zniszczeń w obiekcie, część z nich odkupiliśmy jeszcze przed końcem wyjazdu, natomiast właściciel policzył 20 euro za 2 zbite kieliszki oraz 2 zbite szklanki oraz 70euro za zniszczenie, którego naprawa nie powinna wynieść więcej niż 20 euro, nie kłóciliśmy się z tym natomiast niesmak pozostanie.
Po powrocie zorientowałem się również, że w domu zostawiłem jedną rzecz, która jest dla mnie ważna - niestety właściciel nie odebrał już ode mnie telefonu ani nie oddzwonił po czasie."
