Cons: However, there was a huge problem with collecting the keys—we had to wait about 90 minutes in another hotel owned by the same owner. Many staff members didn't understand what reservation we were referring to, which was very frustrating. The hotel owner did not explain how waste sorting worked, and there were no written instructions in English. At one point, the owner gave us negative feedback in German, which we didn't understand—a very unpleasant situation. The apartment lacked basic cleaning supplies." ~Mariusz
