"Pros: The landlords are very kind. They cleaned the room quickly, as we arrived earlier than expected. They also responded promptly with useful information via message. The main door can be opened using our cell phone after downloading an app, which made the check-in process very easy. The apartment is clean, warm, and comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the room. The bed upstairs was definitely a highlight for our kids. We enjoyed the view from the winter garden while having meal. The apartment is also very close to the ski resort—only a 15-minute drive by car to Kitzbühel" ~Shan
