"Pros: The location is very good, really so 150-200m to the slope, you can go directly with ski in skishoes. Its in quiet location around just another guesthouses and apartments, the view from apartment is really very nice, You can go on foot to the village Kirchberg or with car, its near and the village is nice too. Markets are near, but is better to go with car, on the edge of Kirchberg. The apartment is big enough for 4-5people.
Cons: Basically was all ok. Just some details...
Its self-service apartment, so you need buy toillet paper, coffee, tea and so... Ok, but when there is not dishwasher, maybe could be there some dish soap? And some garbage bags in trash cans could be too... Ok we did buy these later, but maybe is better to know about.
The cleaning could be a little more better, somewhere is dust on top shelves, in some corners are cobwebs."

Located 500 metres from the Fleckalmbahn Cable Car, which connects to the Kitzbühel Ski Area, Wötzinghof is a family farm offering ski-to-door access. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. All rooms have a view of the Kitzbühel Alps, and come with satellite TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Most rooms also comprise a balcony, and include a seating area with a sofa. There is also a garden with barbecue facilities on site. Free private parking is possible on site. Wötzinghof is 1 km from the centre of Kirchberg. Cross-country ski trails, natural toboggan run, mountain bike tracks and horse sledging facilities are all within 1 km. A natural swimming lake is a 5-minute walk from the property, and Kitzbühel is 7 km away.
A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Wötzinghof will contact you with instructions after booking. Managed by a private host
