"Pros: The location was very good on walking distance from the centre. Free sauna every day made this apartment standing out from the other apartments that we have had during the last 10 years. Value for money. Cons: The neigbours smoking on the balkony was disturbing. There was a lot of small things missing in the apartment like only one reading lamp by the bed, the bulbs was missing in the the mirror lamp in the bathroom. The sink plug was missing so you had to be careful so you don´t drop anything smaller that 4 cm in the sink. It seems like the apartment was not prepared for people coming to Kaprun for skiing or outdoor activities since there was no carpet at the front door. A small carpet was on the outside of the apartment but it was rediculous to take off the shoes outside the door. Too few coat hangers at the entrance were you could hang your wet jackets. However, all theese are easy to fix so when these are fixed you score full points. Good Luck." ~Lomalla

"Pros: Great location . Well appointed apartment , two double rooms and two bathrooms , ground floor location , well stocked kitchen with all necessary equipment. Ski storage / boot room available Nice pizza restaurant next door , Pizza Napoli. Access to a sauna that we did not use. Cons: Decor is a bit tired which is probably down to a long season .
