"Pros: We had a great stay at this comfortable chalet, which was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of space inside the house for everyone to relax, and the garden was a real bonus and offered good privacy. The location is also ideal, just a short drive from the ski lift, making it very convenient for hitting the slopes. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a cozy and well-located mountain getaway." ~S

"Pros: most of things were good, very good or exceptional, with excellent/friendly approach of the owner Cons: 1) eastward orientation of of the appartment, resulting in too much light in the morning, and not enough light in the afternoon, 2) relatively far from bus stop to walk in ski boots, resulting in need to go to the glacier by car and 3) no separation of the rubbish, all waste in one garbage can, no environmentally friendly" ~Miroslav

"Pros: Super nice, very clean and cosy apartment with a nice sauna in the common area. Very tastefully decorated, great beds and pillows. 25 min walk to city center. Also plenty of plates, cutlery, pans, glasses, mugs etc. All in all great apartment but not so great travel management agency services, in our opinion. Cons: We didn't like that we had to go to the office in the center of Kaprun to pickup and return the key. Check-out from 7-10 but office opens at 10. There was absolutely nothing in the appartment when we arrived, some dishwasher tablets and some coffee and tea bags were brought at a later time but there was no hand soap, shower gel (I know toiletries are not included in many apartment rentals but that is such a small thing to do) or essentials like salt, pepper, oil etc. Could use a bread toaster as well. The door of the washing machine was not closing so we were not able to use it. We didn't understand the purpose of the 250 eur deposit, when we had to go to the office to leave the key and nobody checked the apartment before our leave." ~Anonymous
