"Pros: Nearly everything except see below. Rooms are spacious and great, spa is fantastic. Service is great. Food is very good. Cons: Evenings, you cannot get water and other soft drinks from their facility. It is covered up with plastic sheet. You have to order their seemingly self made mountain tap water, sparkling or not for 7.90€ , a 0.75 l bottle. It is petty, considered the price range of this hotel. The lifts are confusing, some floors are inaccessible etc…" ~Yves
