"Pros: Best hotel I have stayed in considering level of service vs price. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make meals at the hotel an experience. The location in terms of skiing is unmatched, as are the spa facilities. Will definitely come back! Cons: The pool is too cold to swim when it's cold/at night - the ideal temperature for winter would be the same as the whirlpool" ~Erica
