"Cons: I would not recommend this place. We got different apartment than shown in the pictures. The size was the same, but instead of ground floor it was located on 3rd floor.
The apartment is very small and poorly equipped. It was extremely warm in the apartment even through the night. The bed in the bedroom is small, attached to the wall from three sides (which is purposefully not visible in the pictures). The electric blinds do not make the bedroom dark enough. Absence of night table next to the bed.
The kitchen equipment was poor and some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. The fridge was dirty as well. No coffee capsules provided, no dishwasher tablets provided and when asked, the owner delivered after four nights of stay.
No hand soap in the bathroom, no toothbrush holder and no holders for shower gel/shampoo in the shower."

"Pros: This is an amazing place, which we found accidentially (no free beds in Bregenz in our desired category). We found a gem! A modern hotel with all amenities, next to the Lake Constnce (Bodensee). We were welcomed by an exceptional friendly young staff member (don't remember her name unfortunately) who explained us everything and provided great advise for restaurants nearby.
The hotel is two minutes from the lake (free entry) and it has everything you expect from a 4 star hotel. Modern, cool room decor, and an amazing (5 star!) breakfast. - We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Literally, everything was flawless. No complaints"
