"Pros: Apartment is close to the city center and parking is available close to the apartment. To separate bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate family with 4 members. Cons: Apartment would require some maintenance. Doors are screaming, some lubrication would be nice to prevent generate disturbing sounds. Also bed frames are falling apart. Some appliances like bread toaster appear to be quite used beyond their best times." ~Lubos
