"Pros: Location is absolutely perfect, next to a park, in the middle of restaurants and what not you might wish. 5 min walk from the old town. The parking option was resolved quickly and accurately. All info via webpage were excelent and precise, although the link for the apartment code did not work (or we waited too long to get the code) but was resolved fast via phone call and WA app. Beds are very comfortable and the apartmant is well equipped. It also has a small garden with tables and a smoking area with an ashtray in front of the apartment door. The apartment is very lit, it has sun coming from everywhere. It is an excellent value for money. Cons: Floor seemed as not wiped good enough, walking barefoot, and the socks were dirty quickly. The couch could have some sort of cover changed for new guests each time. Bath tub glass doors leaked out from the corner, and we had to put a towel (if others don't do it also, it will cause permanent damage to the flooring). If these were different, it would have been impeccable accommodation." ~Nenad
