"Pros: Bellevue Bad Gastein Hotel exceeded my expectations - rooms were big, comfortable and with necessary amenities (we stayed in the Apartment); facilities were great - clean swimming pool and sauna (friendly guys doing the sauna “aufguss” ritual twice a day!); free kids club (big plus for families with young kids); good choice of food (buffet for breakfast and dinner) which makes it easy for families.
Cons: Our apartment was tidied up once in 3 days (beds were made, towels changed), but there was no vacuum cleaning - after 5 days of our stay the floor started looking a bit dirty."
