"Pros: The hotel is cozy and apparently new. Rooms are comfortable, well furnished. The shower is outstanding.
The spa is incredibly complete, including an amazing indoor pool, various sauna, infrared cabin, various relaxing spaces.
Good value for money. Would overall recommend despite some space for improvement
Cons: All the instructions, signs, menus and any mind of information are in Dutch. Nothing in english for non dutch speakers. The personnel itself is barely able to speak english (excluding a nice guy at the reception).
Considering it is a 4* hotel, i would expect complementary water at the arrival and at least a bath set in the bathroom, including a vanity kit, while they provides only a unique shower soap for hairs and body.
My bath rope got accidentally stained. It was taken away but not replaced. It took me 2 days and 2 specific request to have a new one.
There’s no airco. Maybe overall not essential, but a couple of nights was hard to sleep."
