From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, order, and comfort of the rooms. Everything was perfectly arranged and well-maintained, which made me feel immediately at home.
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Your warm hospitality truly made a difference and contributed greatly to my enjoyment.
I also really appreciated the pool – although small, it was clean, peaceful, and a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options."

"Pros: Location close to ski lifts, applies to experience skiers, actually this is a pro argument depending on everyone experience, otherwise it is not far from the bus.
Cons: Check-in (16:00) and check-out (09:00) hours are really a burden, host being insensitive to situations when guests come with kids. 8hrs to clean up an apartment, not sure if this is in line with turism regulations. Cleaning in the apartment is done at check out and it's formal, on the lamps, under the beds, in the closets being a lot of dust. Despite the property is rented for turists, the basics were missing: no soap (we had to buy it ourselves!), no kitchen invredients (no salt, no pepper, nothing), kitchen appliances challenging to operate with, cuttlery not clean, no trash bags, even though we were advised to throw selectively (we had to buy garbage bags ourselves). On our last day had to wake up at 5 am to be able to pack everything by 9,when someone came in and simply entered the property without asking if we are all done with a check out (a simple matter if courtesy). Overall, not a pleasent experience and did not feel ok for the money we have spent for a week."
