Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Appartementhaus Zillertal by PiaundDirk in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that you need to pay the remaining 75% of the total amount, including extra charges, before arrival, either by bank transfer or by credit card. The owner will send you a confirmation with detailed payment information. After the full payment is received, you will receive an e-mail with check-in information. Please note that check-in after 20:00 is not possible. Please note that the group booking is not allowed.
