"Pros: It's not immediately obvious where to collect keys - I provided a time of arrival and although we were 15 minutes early there was no information at all about where to collect keys - luckily another guest saw us and fetched the host to let us in. We booked on a self-catering basis - the facilities are basic and old, but we were able to cook ourselves a few meals and the only thing missing is an oven. The value for money however, is exceptional. The beds are comfy enough, and although old, the towels and sheets were clean and usable. The location is excellent, although walking to the nearest lift is mostly uphill and not everyone would be keen. The views from the balcony are stunning, both at night and in the day. We would definitely return - without COVID we'd eat out more often and the kitchen facilities would be less important." ~Glenn
