"Pros: The owner was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location of the property is really good as it is close to everything. The property itself is on the first floor on top of the owner's house, it is very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. The property has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and enough space for our stay in Ellmau for six nights. Cons: The contact number on the booking.com was not accurate and it took a while for the owner to reply before we check-in. However once we have the owner direct contact number, the owner is very responsive." ~Meiggy
