"Pros: It’s in a good location with a parking which comes in handy. Cons: The overall experience was dreadful due to hidden charges and absolutely non responsive customer service or the property manager. We paid our stay through booking, to first get an email saying we need to pay extra for the dog that we were bringing and city tax for one amount, followed by a voucher made out to a different amount, culminating with arrival at the property to be charged a total of 136€ (instead of the 77 originally sent to us via email) due to additional cleaning fees. Mind you, the first thing we were asked to do when checking in was to clean up before we leave. When we called the customer service, we were just told we need to pay the fee. When we asked the property manager we were laughed off. On all ends completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If there was a cancellation option, we would have checked into a different place." ~Iskra
