"Pros: The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast has a nice variety of options and very comfortable sitting area together with the terrace. The beds were extremely comfortable!
Cons: When we arrived, we were given not only a different room but also the shower was terribly leaking. After we report the issue, we were told by a very nice reception attendant that we can change the room, but only if we upgrade and pay the difference. After some exchange of ideas, though, we were able to change with no extra pay."
