"Pros: We loved everything about our stay. The suite that we lived in was very large, enough for the 3 of us. It had a piano that my son enjoyed playing as well. The family owners and staff were the most hospitable, ensuring that we had a very memorable experience. We were also provided with a portable air conditioner in case it got warmer. We had stayed 3 nights, so enjoyed a special tourist card with free transport, cable car rides, cheese factory entry, and many discounts. We also were given free transport from the airport to the town." ~Archana

"Pros: The room was spacious and clean upon arrival The hotel provided a baby cot for 25 CHF Breakfast buffe was enjoyable The lady during breakfast on our first morning was fantastic Cons: Upon check in a little bit of assistance with luaggage and pram would have been appreciated The gentleman at breakfast the second morning was not very friendly and the breakfast room (on the second morning only) was a mess. The same gentleman rang us early on our last morning to ask us to check out early (check out normally is 12pm) which I thought was a very bad surprise" ~Jennifer__howard
