"Pros: The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They answered our travel-related questions and assisted with a few inconveniences — we’re truly grateful for their support. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a complimentary bottle of sparkling water. There was also a balcony, but since it faced a wooded area, we didn’t end up using it. Breakfast was absolutely amazing — a wide selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruits, plus freshly cooked eggs and meat, along with a variety of coffees, juices, and teas. It was such a treat to start the day with a breakfast like this. The hotel also has a spa and swimming pool, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use them as we didn’t bring swimsuits. Cons: The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in our room. When we brought it up to the front desk, we were told “we can do nothing,” which didn’t feel very helpful or reassuring." ~Yifan
