The apartment is well furnished, cozy, and very clean. The rental comes with underground private parking - an advantage during hot and cold weather. The fact that all 3 kids were in 3 separate beds in one room was a bonus, since most of the other rentals we came across only offered 2 in a room plus a sofa bed. Highly recommend! "Pros: Probably the best place we have ever been. The apartment is really nice, functional, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The owners have put a lot of effort to make it cozy, with a taste. Our children said they would love to live here forever! The location is really close to the ski bus stop and just a short walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the lifts and the thermal bath. The view from the apartment is also gorgeous. The kitchen and living room are spacy and the terrace is also very nice and can be used all year round. The bedrooms are very comfortable and you have plenty of room for your clothes. There are all the necessary dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, electric oven, stove, and coffee-makers (all types), If we visit Bad Kleinkirchheim again, we would definitely love to rent it again. Cons: Information on the collection of keys was not complete and clear but eventually, we were able to solve the problem and safely accommodate the apartment." ~Augustyniak
