"Pros: A wonderful apartment, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Excellent location on the edge of Bad Ischl. The hosts were kind, helpful and friendly. This is an outstanding accommodation in a beautiful place. Cons: I didn't like the fact we had only booked for three nights....Will definately return." ~David

"Pros: Clean, modern, overall well equipped (though we would have appreciated a spatula and some cooking oil in the kitchen) Cons: The TV did not work. We tried contacting the host about this via messages and phone call; no response whatsoever from the host (however, he was quick to send a reminder about the need to pay the tourist tax on the morning of the checkout...). Judging from other comments here, the host has already been made aware of the issue several weeks ago, yet the TV still does not work and it's not being communicated to guests that this is the case. Moreover, as mentioned by others, we did not appreciate having to upload sensitive personal information to a third party website in order to check in and having to pay the tourist tax in cash. At the very least, guests should be informed of these procedures in advance (not after the delay for free cancellation has already passed) so that they can decide whether they are ok with them or prefer to stay somewhere else." ~Laura
