"Pros: Size of the rooms and the breakfast. Also the lady at the reception who was very nice and friendly. Cons: The ‘welcome’ : having called the hotel and asked did they speak English, twice someone hung up on me. Trying to call back was pointless. Overall feeling of not being welcome there. If people want our money, or not, they should decide whether they open to foreigners or only Austrian tourists. Save us all the unpleasant experience." ~Isabel
