"Pros: Reception were exceptional- all pre stay emails responded to promptly; the team showed patience courtesy, patience and speed in response to all requests - thanks to Sando, whose kindness in his actions made our arrival painless after a long train trip. The restaurant and barteam were efficient, friendly and attentive-Philip was hugely professional,demonstrating enthusiasm and pride in his role cocktails very yummy .Our gratitude to the kitchen team- delicious lsuppers and several kilos gained ; and of course domestic team -the hotel looked gorgeous!
