Quiet place (both the house and its surrounding) Smooth communication with the owner, check-in Indoor pool (included!) and sauna available across the street Free WiFi Large enough parking lot with direct view of the car Cons: This is of course not a problem of the facility, but very limited dining options in the town of Irdning (only one small pizzeria in the walking distance), so its better to cook something in the apartment. "Pros: Great location and the sauna + pool near is big benefit. Check in and Check out were very smooth we got plenty of useful infos at the begginig ( shops, activities, sights etc) Cons: There could be just a bit more kitchen equipment. It was a bit of improvisation to cook some basic meals." ~Gasper
