"Pros: The house was comfortable and well-stocked with all the modern conveniences. The under floor heating was very efficient (we stayed in winter) and the number of smart TVs in the home was extraordinary. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the area of North East Victoria, previously not visited, was a surprising bonus for us - we had not visited this area before. Even if you don't fish, play golf or boat, there is plenty to do and see.

"Pros: Great location, lots of space, rooms were large to extra large, easily housed 12 (adults/kids) without issue, lovely pool, and lots of great little touches like an arcade machine and games.
Cons: Some of the instructions from the property management company were a little confusing/generic. i.e. lockbox instructions for the key when there wasn't a lockbox, or referencing a security deposit when I hadn't paid one. Hard to tell which of the cleaning instructions (we received 2 different sets - neither onerous though) to follow since some of the information clearly didn't apply."
