"Pros: The location is excellent. The house and importantly the kitchen well appointed and very clean. It was spacious enough for 6 adults. Help was available to sort out our problem.
Cons: The directions on arrival were incomplete and caused some distress. The street address given was the front entry, which is completely different to the parking and therefore the key collection. The overflowing rubbish bins that greeted us when we did get the door open made me think we had been scammed, yuck what a smell and nowhere for us to dispose of our rubbish. One more chair for the dining table and 4 more cups or mugs would be great. A clear indication of the amount of stairs would have been appreciated, it was disconcerting as the lights kept going off!"

"Pros: It was well kept, the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: The only complaint about the rooms is they don’t come with a microwave, even a shared kitchen would be good because there is no place to warm your food for people staying"
