"Pros: I am very familiar with the town, so I knew it was a great location. The building was quiet. Great balcony and even though the furniture was old, the place didn't smell old. It had everything we needed. Cons: The old furniture! The old bathroom vanity and toilet suite. All need an update." ~Michelle

"Pros: location was exceptional, a short walk to restaurants and the beach Cons: the sofas were a bit worn and grubby. the sofabed was very uncomfortable to sit on, the cushions are very old and worn, need replacing the carpet was very dirty the hot water was way too hot and could pose a problem if there were children about the water pressure needs regulating" ~Alanwood
