"Pros: almost everything..it was a recommendation by a cousin..we got an upgrade because there was no available wheelchair accessible room..the view was amazing, the bed is the softest bed i slept on, staff were amazing, provided us with shower chair and parking is not a problem at all.. Cons: I think just a minor flickering of the light that I cant pinpoint which light is doing it.." ~Karla
