Stay At Raffertys Resort is situated on the shores of Lake Macquarie and offers self-contained terraces and cottages with their own private verandah or shaded courtyard. Facilities include a bistro and bar, 4 pools, 4 tennis courts and function centres. Breakfree Raffertys Resort is only 7 km from the shops, cafes and restaurants in Swansea town centre. It is a 30-minute drive from Newcastle and a 90-minute drive from Sydney. All accommodation at Breakfree Raffertys Resort is individually owned and uniquely styled and may vary to the photos pictured. Each terrace and cottage offers air conditioning, dining and living areas, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry facilities. Four and five-bedroom holiday homes are also available for weekend getaways. Our Lake Bar & Bistro serves fresh local produce. It is open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. Open for dinner Friday and Saturday evenings. Bookings are essential - no BYO. Guests can also hire boats and watersport equipment from the on-site provider.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with an American Express, Visa or Mastercard credit card.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
