"Pros: It was a good size house to share with my family which made the expenses low cost for us all. Location was fantastic because it was near to our family. And near to train station to the city and near to some fantastic restaurants cafes and shops. Beach was across the road another bonus. Property management was amazing to deal with too. Cons: Although we wanted a quiet and peaceful house and area to stay we found the rules a bit to strict so we were afraid to make any noise. Which is understandable because it was a residential area." ~Mona
