"Pros: Brilliant location, situated above cafe's and restaurants. We had trouble with the blinds. The ropes had come off the cogs. We alerted the owners to this problem, and mentioned that we found silverfish is the carpet. They thanked us for bringing their attention to this. As it was after dark when we arrived, we picked up and found the keys. This was beautifully explained, complete with photos. Once we were in the carpark, we had a nightmare finding our carpark and which lift we had to use. This could have been better explained in the handout. But everyone was very friendly and we eventually found Apartment 31, but it was an adventure!! Cons: Explanation to find the carpark was excellent, just could have given a clearer description of where to find our actual paring spot, and which lift our apartment was in....... But as a result of this, we almost met everyone in the complex and found people to be extremely helpful and friendly." ~Debra
