"Pros: Location was great in terms of access to public transport. It's also an easy walk to parks and the beach. It was great to have on site car parking. The unit was roomy. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms which really suited us. It's on a busy road so we expected it to be a bit noisy, but the double windows block a heap of that out. Internet worked great. Inside it felt very secure and we had no concerns at all with neighbours or residents. Cons: Key lock box code we received was wrong so we had to phone to find out, and there were multiple lock boxes so we had to try every one because we didn't know which was ours . We got sorted in the end though. The unit was tired, and really does need a dolly up. It also needs a deep clean. It would be good to have a dryer although we made do with the clothes horse that was provided. The plug in the kitchen sink was wrong size so just didn't work making washing dishes tricky. The basics like salt and pepper assumed a two night stay. We were there for nine nights so just having actual salt and pepper shakers, tea and coffee would have been good. We couldn't get the aircon to work properly. And there was no facility to stream to the TV so we were stuck with aerial channels. BUT in saying all of that, these are things that could probably be fixed quite easily and we would stay there again, knowing what we were getting." ~Ronnie
