"Pros: -Great location - conveniently walkable to the town centre and Cook park 🌳 -Quiet street 🎵 -Clean overall 🧼 -Pet friendly 🐶 Cons: - Needs some modern updates, could do with a bit of renovation ie. new curtains in the master bedroom (the left window was missing curtains) - there were exposed nails in the Master bedroom wall (I assume a painting was removed) -Needed a non-oil lamp heater for the Master bedroom - Need to update the power outlets (there was a broken and exposed power outlet in the kitchen) -more Kitchen amenities were needed ie. paper towels, more tea selections and a drying rack for dishes. - The front doors were difficult to unlock with the keys every time we tried to open and lock the door." ~Arianne
