Centrally located on the Sunshine Coast, the 12-storey high-rise Seaview Resort Mooloolaba features apartments with free WiFi and a balcony offering views over Mooloolaba Beach. Seaview Resort is within walking distance of fine restaurants and shops. The Seaview Resort has a heated swimming pool, a small tennis court, BBQ facilities and sauna rooms. The spacious apartments at Seaview Resort feature well-equipped kitchens, large windows and a sliding door that leads out to a private balcony. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen. Seaview Resort Mooloolaba is a 15-minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport. Brisbane Airport is an hours' drive away. Free parking is available on site.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note this property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for AUD 25 per person per night when using an available cot. People 12 years old and over stay for AUD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
