It is 200 metres from Underwater World and 5 minutes' walk from Mooloolaba Beach and Mooloolaba Esplanade. Apartment Mariner Cove is 8 minutes' drive from Alexandra Headland Beach. Sunshine Coast Airport is 14 minutes' drive away. This modern, renovated apartment offers a lounge area with a sofa suite, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and there is a small BBQ and an outdoor dining setting on the patio. The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, air-conditioning and the en suite bathroom has a large rain shower. The 2nd bedroom has access to another bathroom with a shower over a bathtub.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must sign the property's terms and conditions. This property has a strict No Party Policy and does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. The property will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
