Centrally located on The Esplanade, Mantra Mooloolaba Beach features 2 heated swimming pools and a rooftop deck offering lovely city and sea views. The refurbished suites boast a balcony and a spa bath. It is 10 minutes' walk from Mooloolaba Beach. Mantra Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is just metres from several shops, restaurants and public transport. It is 15 minutes' drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and Noosa Heads. Brisbane is 90 minutes' drive away. Each of the air-conditioned suites offer stylish décor, a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, a dining setting and laundry facilities. All include a lounge area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is a 1.1% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Valid ID and credit card are to be presented upon check in. The credit card used for payment is to be presented by cardholder.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for AUD 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for AUD 43 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
