"Pros: The location was perfect.

"Pros: A big, beautiful house so close to the beach for our family Christmas holiday. Pool was a little small, but very welcome to cool off in. Close to local shops for stocking up. Good, secure fences if you are bringing a dog. Comfy beds and plenty of towels, and extras for the beach.
Cons: Both the large sliding insect screens are broken, although with the heat we had the air con was keeping everything cool.
Also the BBQ was not useable due to the rusted fitting on the empty gas bottle, which meant we couldn't swap it out."

"Pros: The apartments are a short stroll to the surf beach- great for wave jumping and an afternoon walk.
The apartment was spacious both inside and out. Good facilities- laundry, dishwasher, toaster, kettle.
Good mid-point to visit Mooloolaba, Noosa and Eumundi Markets.
The communal spa and pool on the roof had lovely views.
Management were very responsive to emails.
They even left bubbles and chocolates for my hubby as we were there for his 50th birthday, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
Cons: We stayed in Apt 19 which is a 2 Bed ground floor apartment with a pool.
Unfortunately, ’luxury’ it was not.
Dining chairs were heavily stained, cutlery drawer was cracked, discoloured and dirty which put you off using the utensils, mould around the caulking in the kitchen, shower door didn’t close properly due to dropped hinge, outdoor furniture all frayed and beyond repair, the render around the pool was cracked, mouldy and rust stained- not a ‘luxury’ feel when swimming.
The whole apartment needed some serious maintenance, updating and a deep clean.
I did contact the management, who were very responsive and aware of the maintenance needed in apartment 19. Unfortunately, as these apartments are all individually owned, it is at the discretion of the owners as to what works are carried out.
We felt misled with the ‘luxury’ description as this apartment was most definitely not that.
I was assured that #19 is not a true representation of the other apartments offered.
This being the case, I feel this apartment should be discounted and priced accordingly, and not the same as the other apartments, until the maintenance and updating has been completed.
If we’d known the condition of this apartment at booking, we would not have stayed there.
We would consider staying at the complex again if we had assurances from management that the apartment we were paying for was, as described and sold to us."
