"Pros: The villas were a good size with lovely decor. Bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were lovely. Walk to waterfall on property. Food and cocktails were delicious. Breakfast was generous. Cons: The mosquitoes were shocking. The stairs - and no assistance with baggage. At this price point I would have expected some help. The large loud group who ruined the tranquility for everyone else. No acknowledgment of our 20th wedding anniversary after being asked on the pre-arrival form." ~Julie
