"Pros: Super location right on Lake Burley-Griffin ringed by parks and walking/cycling tracks, near restaurants, a pub, and a bottle shop, and 2 mins drive from Parliament Hill; modern interior with a wall of floor to ceiling glass, 2 big screen TVs, blackout blinds, big empty built-ins, and rainfall showers; lift takes you directly to a private foyer; our dog loved that you could go straight out back onto level grass; accessible from the lake side via only two or three steps, despite being an "apartment" Cons: The parking lot and space were very tight, and it was a bit tricky to find the key holder and the correct garage door especially at night, plus the parking spaces are not numbered in order so getting in was tricky, but once in everything was very nice; the blinds took me quite a long time to put up and down every evening and morning, necessary because people can walk past very near and see in" ~Alexandra
