Situated in Kingston Beach, Tasmania, Mirramar Holiday House is within a 5-minute drive of both the beach and Kingston's town centre. Hobart city centre is a 20-minute drive away. It is 30 minutes' drive from Hobart Airport. This air-conditioned house features a dining area and two lounge areas, one with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. It has laundry facilities and an outdoor dining area complete with a BBQ. The bathroom includes a spa bath, a shower and a hairdryer.

For bookings of 6 or less guests the downstairs room, which has a queen-sized bed and an en suite will not be unlocked unless arranged prior to your stay, as there are sufficient beds upstairs for 6 guests. The property can unlock this room, however, they need to be informed, prior to arrival, as the owners do not live on-site. If this is not arranged, prior to arrival, the property cannot guarantee that this room can be opened. Please advise the property of the number of guests staying in each room.
