"Pros: Great location Cons: No reception on arrival , had to utilise the sister hotel across the road, echoes was treated like an annexe which for the price was totally unacceptable. Not enough staff to attend in the restaurant, they tried hard in difficult circumstances but poor for a high quality hotel" ~Martin
